Just wanted to let you all know that my MRI shows no obvious problems with regard to my knee. Doc told me to quit slacking and using excuses and start doing speed work. I found out after being on hold SO many times in the past few weeks trying to get an appt., that Dr. Highfill is actually one of the top ankle/foot othropedic specialists in the area. I decided I would ask him about my heel. He gave me some great stretches to do while I watch T.V., and some awesome cushy heel supports.
See you all tonight...and I will be doing some sprints...YIKES!
